The Institute Sprinkler Room featuring Victory Takes Over the Taps
Saturday July 31st 12pm to 8pm
Victory takes over our taps, and Charlie brings our "sprinkler room" out for everyone to cool off in. Its a 12x12x12 "room" of pvc pipes with holes drilled in to create a multi-directional shower of cool water. On tap : Victory Sunrise Weiss, Whirlwind Wit, Lager, Hop Devil, Donnybrooke Stout, and of course, Golden Monkey.
Yelp Film Club
Thursday August 5th 7pm to 10pm
Every month the yelp film club votes on a movie & there choice of beer. We at the Institute are happy to supply them with our 2nd floor. So that they can view it, discuss it and drink while doing it. This event is open to everyone so feel free to visit there website and cast your vote. This month we will be featuring beers from Flying Dog Brewery.
Charlie and the Sausage Factory!
Saturday August 14th 2pm to 7pm
Let the jokes fly. Go ahead. Then get your collective behinds to our place for a collaboration with Brauhaus Schmitz. They have been kind enough to have their stellar chef Jeremy make us sausages for your eating enjoyment. We'll have a German potato salad and some other items as well. Our full menu will be availible. On tap for the day? Smoked beer. Our draught list will focus on quality over quantity and will include offerings from Stone, Victory, Furthermore and a few others.

Joins us for an evening of music and beer. All night we'll have a funky collection of original songs (the OG) and remakes (NG)
